In larger organizations, “resistance to change” and “lack of implementation know-how” are two of the top obstacles consistently identified as blocking or weakening success. The impact of these problems can be significant. At the least they cause excessive stress at work and, at their worst, cause the loss of jobs or even business failure. The presentation will describe how a positive look at “resistance to change” can make the implementation of change easier, less stressful, and more successful.

Craig Henderson is President and owner of SysteMental, Inc., a specialty consulting and implementation services firm headquartered in Fort Wayne, IN. Some limited free parking is available on the side of the building. The event will be held in the Lower Level Conference Room.
