The CEO Plan
Wednesday, February 17, 2010 - 6:00 PM to Tuesday, February 16, 2010 - 7:30 AM
Use your 401(k) or IRA to fund your start up!
Finding sufficient capital is one of the greatest challenges to get a business going and keep it in the game. The CEO Plan® gets you off to a solid start and gives your business stronger staying power.
In it’s simplest form, the CEO Plan® allows you to roll over your own retirement funds into a new 401(k) that invests in your business. Even better, it allows the value of your business to accumulate tax free in your new 401(k) account.
As a business lawyer, Bob Nicholson saw first hand the challenges of starting a new business. He developed the CEO Plan as a way to help entrepreneurs help themselves by using their own 401(k) to fund their own business.
About our Speaker - Bob Nicholson

Bob represents individual and business in various commercial transactions including the sale and purchase of assets, loan transactions and bankruptcy litigation. He also practices in appellate law and has successfully prosecuted and defended appeals in state and federal courts.

This strategy allows entrepreneurs to use qualified retirement funds as equity in their own business. In addition to his law practice, Bob is an owner in two local businesses.

What others are saying
Brian Kistler, CEO, Freedom Financial Holdings
“This is not a complicated process, and you don’t have to jump through a lot of hoops. As I was starting my own holding company, I had a nice chunk of money in an old 401(k) but I couldn't touch it for my business until I ran it through this program. Simply put, the CEO Plan® is an absolute great way to use non-usable money.”
Mike Peters, CEO, Indiana Marine
"The Ceo Plan put me into business. The process was seamless, efficient and made a lot of sense when other advisors said it couldn't be done. More than a year later, Indiana Marine is taking off, and I'm doing what I love."
Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly, May 28, 2006
“It (The CEO Plan®) could be of interest to anyone looking for entrepreneurial opportunity.”
