Member Benefits...
User Groups are a long-term group, which is a sub-set of the Network Activities. They exist to provide fully facilitated activities around a selected topic within a professional group for members to gain value by:
- Reviewing and refreshing learning to effectively enhance their expertise, training, and capabilities.
- Building value-added member relationships with like-minded professionals in a safe and candid environment creating mutual growth and benefit.
- Open discussions, sharing lessons learned (even the painful ones) centered on specific topics of interest within the context of the broader professional group.
- Exposing members to new ideas or resources that can be brought back and applied.
These groups are formed by Member interest and demand around a specific professional area. Currently we operate user groups in the professional areas of:
- Environmental, Health & Safety
- Lean
- Lean Six Sigma
- Project Management
CEO Round Tables are an opportunity to hear local leaders share part of their corporate journey or their corporate passion along with their valuable lessons learned. Typically this is a two-hour event, held 6-10 times a year. Click here for sample activities
Best Practice Tours are not the “public” punch and cookies marketing tours, but highly facilitated four phase learning sessions. Members have the opportunity to engage in active discussion with company representatives to correlate theory and real-life.

Network Learning Forums are facilitated interactive sessions designed to provide an opportunity to learn and network about a specific requested topic. Sessions include book discussions, professional development topics, popular improvement programs, and more. Generally, these 90-minute sessions are held monthly. Click here for more information.
Requests & Referrals facilitates the give and take between members that adds great value to Network membership. If you have a question, need assistance, need a referral (on any topic) or want to find someone who is knowledgeable to discuss a special project, just contact Jamie. The Network will do it’s best to connect you with a resource or give you a referral to answer your questions.
Benchmarking between Network members either formally or informally. This is a member driven activity in which the Network staff will provide assistance or contact information as requested.
Resource Library that includes an extensive collection of books, periodicals, videotapes and other materials for your use. In addition, several members willingly share their corporate library resources with other Network members.

Over the years we have collaborated with numerous organizations, businesses and individuals to provide value added learning experiences and special events. Workshops are driven by member demand and interest. These 1-3 day sessions are offered with a significantly reduced fee for members. These professional development topics range from tools to optimal methods. In addition, many of these sessions offer Continuing Education Credits, and some also offer under graduate college credit.
