    Executive Education: TQM Network will spend approximately two days in one-on-one, behind-closed-doors meetings with members of the Senior Executive Team.

    The purpose of these meetings is to answer questions, identify and overcome resistance, and ensure support and commitment for your Lean Six Sigma deployment. TQM Network will lead a two-day training session designed to educate executives on the principles of Lean Six Sigma and provide a framework for their support and participation. Specific elements of this training include:

  • An overview of Lean Six Sigma
  • An understanding of the Lean Six Sigma Methodology (DMAIC)
  • Fundamental Lean Six Sigma concepts (metrics, terminology)
  • The financial impact of Lean Six Sigma
  • An understanding of Lean Six Sigma
  • projects (selection, scope, management)
  • The roles and responsibility of Lean Six Sigma participant
  • Organizational dynamics in Lean Six Sigma Companies
  • How to effectively deploy Lean Six Sigma
  • How to sustain and institutionalize Lean Six Sigma
  • The importance of strong leadership
  • Development of a leadership commitment (formal, written statement).

    Infrastructure Development:TQM Network will provide five days of facilitation and one-on-one support to develop Lean Six Sigma business management infrastructure. The customer will be working with TQM Networks exclusive white paper documents (EZ-Deploy) which defines Companys Lean Six Sigma Business System and provides a guideline for managing the implementation plans: training plans, finance plans, I/T system plans, human resource plans, project selection plans, communication plans and the ongoing effectiveness controls for this business performance system.

    Deployment Assessment & Planning: Using a proven methodology that includes face-to-face interviews and online surveys, TQM will create an assessment of your Lean Six Sigma deployment and provide a roadmap for improving it.

    Project Selection and Prioritization: Many deployments fail to produce the expected benefits because there is not a deliberate internal methodology to identify potential projects, develop meaningful charters, and prioritize projects based on organizational goals and metrics. The TQM Network can help you build a successful project selection methodology.

    Green & Black Belt Skills Assessment: Using a combination of face-to-face interviews and surveys, TQM can identify where your Belts have strengths and where there are skill gaps. The results of this assessment can be used to tailor refresher training for your team.

    Green, Black & Master Black Belt Refreshers: Based upon a skills assessment, TQM will develop training classes that complement the skills of your Belts by strengthening areas of weakness.

    Green, Black & Master Black Belt Interview Assistance: If you are seeking to hire a skilled Black Belt or Master Black Belt, TQM can assist you in the interview process by independently interviewing the candidate and assessing his/her understanding of Lean Six Sigma tools, methodology and leadership. The interview is tailored to the job description and your expectations.

    Change Leadership Program:The objectives of the program are to ensure Lean Six Sigma Leaders:

  • Understand their role as change agents
  • Can identify and develop concrete action plans for successfully leading a critical change effort, and
  • Can identify and practice key tools and skills they will need to effectively lead the change effort, overcome resistance, and win support from others.

    A variety of learning methods are used in this workshop including: Identification of real life change the participants must implement, large group discussions, lectures, videos, small group discussion and strategy sessions, personal change leadership tools, skills-practice sessions, peer and instructor feedback, personal coaching, and action planning.
