Executive Overviews: Half-day sessions, offered several times a year, provides participants the opportunity to gain an understanding of what Lean Six Sigma is and how it is successfully deployed in organizations.
Black Belt Training: Eighteen days of intense training on DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve & Control) over five months. Each student must have a significant project, approved by management to participate in this training. Certification is available for Black Belt students who complete their projects and meet specific requirements. There is no additional charge for this service.
Green Belt Training: Ten days of training on DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve & Control) over three months. Each student must have a significant project, approved by management to participate in this training.
Design for Six Sigma (DFSS): This class provides tools to understand and determine customer requirements, choose optimal designs and deliver highly capable processes and products. This class is two 4-day classes over two months added after the completion of Black Belt or Green Belt training.
Leader/Champion/Sponsor Training: Every organization that enrolls students in Black Belt, Green Belt or DFSS Training is strongly encouraged to send appropriate personnel to this two-day session. There is no additional charge for this session if students are registered for Black Belt, Green Belt, or DFSS training.
Gold Belt Training: This 4-day training will help you understand some of the basic problem solving and team building skills that are critical to a Lean Six Sigma team - or any team, for that matter.
On-Site Tailored Lean Six Sigma Training, Mentoring, or Support: Organizations that anticipates deploying more than a few Black/Green Belts are encouraged to participate in ongoing, onsite training, mentoring or support. This support is tailored to individual organizational needs.
Leadership Training: Larger organizations anticipating deploying several Black/Green Belts are encouraged to plan for three-days of tailored on-site Leadership training prior to the beginning deployment. This training is intended for the CEO and his/her staff and includes:
- An introduction to Lean Six Sigma
- Personnel and project selection
- Infrastructure issue
- Managing for success
