NIBAC (Northeast Indiana Business Assistance Corporation) consisting of the TQM Network and the Lean Six Sigma Enterprise Institute, has a dedicated team of individuals that have come together to form a high-performance organization. None of these individuals is “bound” by a role or title — each works to complete and support the “whole.”
Craig D. Crook, President of TQM Network

Craig, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, provides guidance for all operations, administration and strategic planning for the TQM Network and NIBAC. In this role, Craig cultivates new opportunities to enhance services for our members and clients, as well as look for collaborative learning opportunities to serve others in the northeast Indiana community. Using past experiences from working in start ups and technology, Craig has added new vitality to the Network’s firm foundation. |
Jamie Sullivan, Marketing and Member Events Manager for the TQM Network

Jamie, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in training, is the central coordinator for all non-Six Sigma related programs and offerings. She nurtures collaborations and seeks opportunities to add value for our partners and members. She handles the promotional writing of TQM Network’s materials and leads the “You ask... We Find Help” service. As the longest employee of the team, Jamie is a valuable resource in many facets from administration, to conferences, and support services. |

Charles J. Heiny

Mr. Heiny serves as counsel to both large and small business clients. He has extensive experience in representing business clients in complex commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, as well as extensive experience in assisting clients with their other ongoing business legal needs. |
Al Hyman, Vice President REA

Mr. Hyman joined Rea in 1981 at its Buena Vista, Virginia Plant as Human Resources Manager. In 1982 he was transferred back to the Rea Fort Wayne Plant as Human Resources Manager. In 1983, he was promoted to Corporate Human Resources Manager and became General Manager Human Resources and Legal Affairs for the Corporation in 1986. In 1994, he was promoted to Vice President Human Resources/Legal Affairs for Rea. Prior to joining Rea, he was Director of Human Resources and Legal for Maloley Brothers, Inc. in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Mr. Hyman earned a BA Degree in 1966 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree in Law in 1969 from Indiana University, Bloomington. |

Dale provides leadership and oversight for NIBAC. Retiring after 10+ years of dedicated service, Dale has continued to be actively involved in the mission and vision we serve. Dale is also a Six Sigma Black Belt, and uses those seasoned critical thinking skills to advise and consult with the Network. Dale continues to be one of our greatest ambassadors and we look forward to his continued support. |
