Meet the Management Team...



NIBAC (Northeast Indiana Business Assistance Corporation) consisting of the TQM Network and the Lean Six Sigma Enterprise Institute, has a dedicated team of individuals that have come together to form a high-performance organization. None of these individuals is “bound” by a role or title — each works to complete and support the “whole.”

W. Scott Lasater, Director of the Lean Six Sigma Enterprise Institute

Scott is the Director of the Lean Six Sigma Enterprise Institute a program of NIBAC. In this role, Scott provides leadership, mentoring and training for Network members and clients. Capitalizing on his experience from training at GE internally and then in "reaching out" to GE's top customers and suppliers, Scott developed the leading edge thinking on Lean Six Sigma. We are extremely fortunate to be able to offer this resource through the TQM Network.

Craig D. Crook, President of TQM Network

Craig, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, provides guidance for all operations, administration and strategic planning for the TQM Network and NIBAC. In this role, Craig cultivates new opportunities to enhance services for our members and clients, as well as look for collaborative learning opportunities to serve others in the northeast Indiana community. Using past experiences from working in start ups and technology, Craig has added new vitality to the Network’s firm foundation.

Jamie Sullivan, Marketing and Member Events Manager for the TQM Network

Jamie, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in training, is the central coordinator for all non-Six Sigma related programs and offerings. She nurtures collaborations and seeks opportunities to add value for our partners and members. She handles the promotional writing of TQM Network’s materials and leads the “You ask... We Find Help” service. As the longest employee of the team, Jamie is a valuable resource in many facets from administration, to conferences, and support services.

Alan Bowden, Founder & President of ReVision LLC

Founder of ReVision LLC, a company created to address a need in the marketplace for efficiently engineered and designed facilities. For the past 30 years, Bowden has designed manufacturing plans in countries including China, Slovakia, Mexico, Germany, Spain, and the United States. His extensive experience in plant design, corporate facilities, manufacturing plant construction and distribution center operations provide the expertise companies need to move to the next level of performance in the 21st century

Craig D. Crook, President of NIBAC

Craig, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, provides guidance for all operations, administration and strategic planning for the TQM Network and NIBAC. In this role, Craig cultivates new opportunities to enhance services for our members and clients, as well as look for collaborative learning opportunities to serve others in the northeast Indiana community. Charles J. Heiny

Mr. Heiny serves as counsel to both large and small business clients. He has extensive experience in representing business clients in complex commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, as well as extensive experience in assisting clients with their other ongoing business legal needs.

Al Hyman, Vice President REA

Mr. Hyman joined Rea in 1981 at its Buena Vista, Virginia Plant as Human Resources Manager. In 1982 he was transferred back to the Rea Fort Wayne Plant as Human Resources Manager. In 1983, he was promoted to Corporate Human Resources Manager and became General Manager Human Resources and Legal Affairs for the Corporation in 1986. In 1994, he was promoted to Vice President Human Resources/Legal Affairs for Rea. Prior to joining Rea, he was Director of Human Resources and Legal for Maloley Brothers, Inc. in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Mr. Hyman earned a BA Degree in 1966 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree in Law in 1969 from Indiana University, Bloomington.

Dale Siegelin, Chairman of the Board

Dale provides leadership and oversight for NIBAC. Retiring after 10+ years of dedicated service, Dale has continued to be actively involved in the mission and vision we serve. Dale is also a Six Sigma Black Belt, and uses those seasoned critical thinking skills to advise and consult with the Network. Dale continues to be one of our greatest ambassadors and we look forward to his continued support.

Sue Ehinger, PhD COO Parkview Hospital

Ehinger was named COO of Parkview Hospital in 2006. She previously served as CIO in September 2005 and Chief Quality Officer in January 2006. Ehinger provides leadership, direction and administration of operations and business planning to ensure the realization of quality, economical healthcare services at Parkview Hospital. She began her career in healthcare in 1976 as a nuclear medicine technologist. In 1980 she became program director for the St. Joseph Hospital/Parkview Hospital radiation technology school. She joined Parkview in 1993, responsible for quality improvement and customer service. She has expertise in measuring quality that strives for near perfection using the Six Sigma data-driven approach for eliminating defects. Before becoming CIO, Ehinger was senior vice president of support services/quality for Parkview Hospital. Ehinger earned her bachelor's degree in health occupations and secondary education from Indiana University, Indianapolis, in 1983, her master's degree in business administration from Saint Francis College in 1989 and her doctorate in health care administration from Kennedy Western University in Wyoming in 2001. She serves on the Boards of the Tri-State University and the Northeast Indiana Total Quality Management Network. Dr. Ehinger is a member of the American College of Health Care Executives, National Association for Healthcare Quality, and National Association for Women Executives.

Laura Dwire, Senior Vice President Briiljent

Laura Dwire is a Senior Vice President for Briljent which was established in May of 1998. Previously she worked in the medical management industry specializing in electronic filing, and in the manufacturing industry where she developed procedures and maintained standards for ISO 9000 certification.

Ms. Dwire has more than twenty years of professional experience. She has worked in the areas of purchasing management, project management, systems implementation, accounts receivable and payable, distribution, transportation, contract negotiation, crisis management and tax preparation. The past nine years with Briljent have been focused on building client relations and managing key projects. Ms. Dwire’s years of experience in management and operations have led to successful project implementation for valued clients.
